    AFTER ACQUIRING THE ADJACENT PAYSON ESTATE, OAKLEY COMPLETES REPLACEMENT OF TWO HOLES. AS DIRECTED IN BOARD MINUTES, THE NEW HOLES ARE LAID OUT ACCORDING TO PLANS PREVIOUSLY DESIGNED BY MR. DONALD J. ROSS. THE OAKLEY LAYOUT HAS REMAINED UNCHANGED EVER SINCE.
